Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi all,

I am looking at a second pair of skis, for the last 5 seasons I have been using Vokl Kendo’s which are battered but I still enjoy! My usual trips are with mates and generally include a real mixture of piste and off piste so the Kendo’s suit IMO.

I’ve got my partner into skiing and we are going as a couple next month, these trips will be different and we will only be skiing on piste so want to spend a small amount on a carving only ski. My most recent experience with piste skis was hiring a set of Stockli GS’s for a few days in Zermatt 3 years ago, which I thought were fabulous when skiing very aggressively but I really had to ski hard to get the best out of them they were longer than my kendos (177) from memory.

I am 5”9 and 90 kilos, (yes, you read that right). I would like something that I can ski aggressively but isn’t exhausting when I am just pootling about.

Have seen these on eBay that look about right, any opinions? Seem like a good deal.
