Anyone know any shared transfer companies from Geneva to La Clusaz?
Looking to arrive in Geneva at 8.45 am (first flight from Gatwick) on a Sunday morning, and get to La Clusaz ASAP as it's a very short trip (only 2 nights).
Alternatively, roughly how much would a taxi cost (3 people).
I'm kind of discounting public transport as we want to be on the slopes ASAP, although if there is something very straight forward and quick I would be willing to consider.

For 2 days I'd rent a car. Costs a lot less than a car for a week, whereas a taxi or shared transfer costs the same as it would for a month! Very easy drive.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Yes, car makes most sense.

I think you're unlikely to find a "shared" transfer to a comparatively minor resort, they only tend to operate on resorts where the operator is almost guaranteed a full bus.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

@marcellus, I've found a couple (40 euros pp each way) but they only operate about 3 timetabled buses a day. Bizarrely the first one is at 7.30am. Are there even any flights that arrive that early in Geneva!? Next one is at 10.30am but that potentially wastes an hour at the airport.
Car hire will be cheapest and quickest.

Definitely hire a car... but not (for me) on a price basis.
I have only used a shared transfer from Geneva once (to Chamonix), but there were so many delays/problems with the transfer that I missed out completely on skiing on day 1 ( of a long-weekend break). That's quite a costly "expense" when I could've driven (as I normally would) an been on the slopes by 11-11:30.
