Bottom of valley is flat (classic glacial U shaped valley) so it’d be hard. If that’s on road to Ahorn there will be frequent bus.

No, there is a drop from the front of the hotel down to the bus route that goes round the field, which is private and also flat as described above.

the field is used as the landing area for the para gliders and is a bit of bowl shape, you are not allowed in the field unless you have express permission, so its a no sorry.
in reality its a 2min walk to the lift for you.

Thats 1.55 minutes to long walking in ski boots for me

I feel your pain. I walk in trainers with boots over my shoulder. More flexibility if you want to start somewhere else (eg train in Mayrhofen)
