Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Help with Missing part of Tyrolia bindings

Hello Snowheads


I'm looking for missing part of bindings, they are Tyrolia PRW11 GW (I think) and they have had only light use and the plastic 'window' (sorry for not knowing the right word, I'm Polish so don't know the exact translation) on the Din set area.

Tyrolia in the website say contact your local retailer so I emailed Blues and Frees (I live just outside Edinburgh) no answer from Frees but Blues kindly responded and said they will try to help - that was 7th of Jan but no response since then.

Can anyone give me advice to how I get Tyrolia to help, maybe an email or contact number I may ask them to help me replace the part.

@AChPol, I’d phone or visit the Blues workshop (which is backstore in the Tiso branch in Leith). Scott, the head tech, is a great guy and very helpful.

Scott was the nice man I spoke to in my original Email, I'm aware I did not buy them from Blues so do not wish to be a burden to a shop.
