Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Austria 2nd Jag/Booster Rules

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi All, planning on travelling to Austria on 29th of Jan with family but have discovered an issue... our family are all triple jabbed (2 doses + booster) but I am now aware that the time between 2nd dose and booster needs to be more than 120 days. My wife and sister in-law fall just short of this (114 and 118 days respectively). Has anyone got any experience of this or how diligently this is being check? Any work arounds? We are flying to Salzburg airport. Thanks.

@scotttyre_9, have a wade through that thread! The bottom line is no one is worried about the gap only interested in whether you have had a 3rd shot and it could well be a mistranslation of the byzantine Austrian rule book. If the requirement for a PCR test is still in place when you travel make sure that it is less than 48 hours before you ARRIVE in Austria. Things seem to have calmed down recently but people have been sent home as their tests were older than 48 hours when they were checked on arrival.

@didiercouch made a good suggestion that you should work on a minimum of 47 hours given the 1 hour timezone difference...

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Thanks both, appreciate the steer. I'll have a browse around and see if any others have positive or negative experiences.
