Poster: A snowHead
|
Just logged into my verifly app to add my flight to Venice.
For some reason, I won't give me BA as an option for carrier, only American Airlines or Air Lingus.
Anybody else having problems? tried logging out and back in, but no change.

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

I’ve only just downloaded it as hoping to fly with BA on Friday and my flight was listed (LHR to GVA).

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

It has my LHR-SFO for next weekend in there. No help to you, I realise, but it's working for me.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, linked to my account. still same problem.
I did get a reply to my email to them, advising that not all flights are supported.
My reply repeated that my problem was not the flight number, but an option to choose the carrier (that I used their app for twice last month)

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Got a reply.
Thank you for contacting VeriFLY Support.
At the moment we do not support flights from British Airways with the destination Italy.
In this case, you can show all the required travel documentation at the airport and it will be verified for you at the check-in desk or boarding gate.
Looks like bag drop might take a bit longer this time.

BA have a portal where you can upload the documents for checking about 48 hours beforethe flight for routes that dont use verifly - theres a link that gets emailed out just before it opens

There was still a pretty big queue (30 mins) for bag drop before Chrismtas at LGW for BA even with the Verifly app.. I wouldn't cut it too fine.
