Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I think Laax is a big snowboarder area should that be an issue for you.

What factors / criteria matter most for you?

I’m naturally attracted to the offpiste/backcountry and natural hits but need adequate snow cover for that so if thats the case I’d then go towards the kickers and side hits.
Anything else like village factors , transfer distance etc are lesser factors for me .
Thanks

@Rom77, when? Conditions will be great in Verbier (Nendaz) next week with 30-50cm coming this weekend. Didn’t suck today!

Hi Bob…..Heading over this sunday (pending negative pcr test).

I’d thought about laax for the park features as thought there might not be enough snow cover for the offpiste in verbier but then crossed it off due to the big pro boarding competition being on, so figured the park features might be shut off and might also be increasingly crowded as a result.
Then thought to lean towards davos just as I was in nendaz last year and frustrated me as it was very early season and again there wasn’t enough snow cover (it was in December between the 2 lockdowns) ….. I know I shouldn’t judge it on that trip though . Heads spinning trying to make the right decision Eh oh!Eh oh!

Backside Mont Fort is on if you know what you are doing. The Pralong itinerary requires 1 hour of skinning.
