Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Les crosets- PDS lessons

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi
Hoping someone out there has some ideas. We are hopefully heading to Les Crosets on 22nd January and had been hoping to organise group lessons for the 10 year old so she would not have to hang out with the oldies all week. Doesn’t seem to be any in Les crosets and doesn’t look like we can get to and from avoriaz in time for any scheduled group lessons and doesn’t look like the Swiss ski school is running any group lessons on the Swiss side. Is there any other options anyone can think of?
Thanks

Have you tried the ESS Les Crossets school? It may be they are not running group lessons from Les Crossets outside of holiday season as there would be litttle demand that week. You could tey calling them as they may have a solution. You should also try Champery as they may have them every week as much larger village.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Try ESF in Montriond ( they meet in Lindarets ) so only 1 lift and 1 piste from Les Crossets.

Thank tried ESS but they don’t run group outside school holidays anywhere on that side. Sent email to Esf montriond! Great suggestion so worth a try!

You could try via the regional tourist office https://www.regiondentsdumidi.ch/en/activities/winter/skiing-snowboarding/ski-schools-27553/
By the way the advice to go to Lindarets isn’t helpful as it’s further away than Avoriaz and definitely not just one lift and one piste!

@Snorestore, Have you ever been to PdS ?
From Les Crossets take either the Mosettes lift or the Grande Conche lift, then ski down Abricotine.
Which ever way you do it, it is just 1 lift and 1 piste.
No idea which way you'd go.....

Definitely one lift and one piste. Recommend the morning lessons in case weather turns during the day which can impact getting back over the top.
