Poster: A snowHead

So is there anyone on the ground, or even better on the snow, that can tell me if it's worth the 7-hour journey from Cardiff to Engelberg tomorrow for some Thursday, Friday and Saturday turns.
Thanks in advance.

Can only see the Glacier lift open but the temps are low with freezing about 1800m.
Haven't spoken to anyone over there lately but I'd call the TO 1st thing to see the upto date state of play.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Looking at the weather forecast It'll be spring conditions but there seems to be plenty of snow to be able to ski down to Truebsee. Last time I was there in May the Laubersgrat chair was running as well but maybe they only do that at weekends. It would be a real pain to have to use cable cars everywhere except the short glacier pistes.

It was great today. Pow if you hiked. Corn if you didn't. Will post a link to a report soon.

Steinberg (the glacier run) was excellent yesterday. Knee deep pow, to corn, to knee deep porridge. 1,200 m of love.
It was pissing down as I left late last night. Early this coming week could be excellent.
