To be fair, the Swiss Red List contains countries whose punters bars are happy to see, as they tend to have a higher spend per head than most - Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, UK, Australia, Canada, South Africa (even if the latter 3 don't have so many visitors).
If Sweden, Ireland, Austria and Norway were added to the list takings would collapse completely.

@Oleski, There are more effective and quicker ways of dealing with problems like this than instigating a solicitors letter and usually at a more competitive pricing point. As my dear Grandpa used to say, "nip it in the bud". Being thick skinned in this particular trade is a pre requisite and more importantly being street wise. Only the fittest survive. Solicitors letters lol.
