Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I have previously pre-booked covered parking in Tignes but this year we are arriving midweek (21 Dec for 7 days in Val Claret) and the website ([url=]https://en.tignes.net/holidays/car-parks[/url]) does not allow pre-booking if arriving during the week.
It states: "
Are you arriving from Monday to Thursday? No worries! >>> Head to the car park welcome desks to be advised on the car park that will suit your needs best! (open 24/7 at the LAC 3 and GRANDE MOTTE car parks)."
What are the chances of there being a space available for 7 days if we just turn up on 21 Dec?
I can currently book for 19-26 Dec but if I try and book from 19 Dec-31 Dec everything is showing as full. Do they limit the number of pre-booked spaces to allow for those just turning up or is it likely the carparks are genuinely full for the New Year week.
I could always book until the 26 Dec and then move the car but if the covered parks are full where do you leave the car?

It will be rammed that week, so they maximise occupation by selling 7 day tickets. I'd book the week you can to take the initial stress out of the situation. Then go to the office sharpish and ask for an extension.

Thanks booked it, but travel restrictions and 3 of us getting COVID 4 days before travel has prevented travel and a refund has been asked for. Will try again next year.
