I was holding onto some hope of getting out to a glacier at the end of May.
Given the UK's green list currently has none of the European countries with glaciers on it, do I now accept my chances of lift served skiing this season are done and dusted?
Or with the 3 week review is there any glimmer of hope?

You can travel into the amber zone just more hoops to jump through? If you can take the quarantine and additional tests go for it, if you're allowed in of course.
I like your optimism though I have big question marks over next season based on rumbling from Bojo in the house recently over not ruling out further measures this winter. This is code for measures are coming.

Iceland
After 17 May it can be done. There are some detailed rules issues and stuff which you can google down.
I shall be there at some point before the end of June, unless someone changes their laws unexpectedly.
Oh, probably not lift served. You'll need to walk or spend your "levelling up" Brexit benefits on a helicopter seat.

@philwig, interesting cheers! can you fly? If I was having to walk then I reckon I'd nip back up to Scotland!! It's more my daughter has finished her A levels and was looking for a lift served treat for her!!

@swskier, pfff how will they check? I've just finished quarantine and had two phone calls the entire time. The test kits didn't arrive until day 5 so I just didn't bother. Waste of time and money.
