Does Zermatt practice anything similar to St Moritz where if you stay in a hotel you get a steep ski pass discount?

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Not in my experience of staying in 4 different hotels there I'm afraid, nor have I ever seen it advertised. Would be nice though!
Maybe some particular hotels might have a deal but I've yet to see it on any hotel descriptions when searching for places to stay

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

As above, I have not seen any - there is a 20% discount if purchased b4 31st October (plus some covid related credit guarantees and money back in insurance) - worth checking the website I think

Same from the Italian side, in certain low season weeks, discounts by way of voucher from hotel. Last year in early December I think it was ski 4 days pay 2(or 6 pay 3 etc)

It looks like the Covid-related guarantee only applies to the normal-price passes, not the 20% discount passes available in October. Which are only 15% discount really, because you get 5% off for buying online at any time.
