There is a member here, @Langerzug, named after the run. He is most often found on the Arlberg thread.
It is a quite isolated run and given the various warning signs it does not seem to attract that many though the Arlberg does get crowded in high season and the run's reputation is an attraction. Access is via a lonely drag (visible from the Rüfikopf cable cars) which restricts numbers too. Once you have committed to the run down to the drag the only way out is either to walk back up (a lot of effort) or down one of the ski routes (the blue piste running parallel to the lift is pretty pointless). The lift company run early morning trips (before the lifts are generally open) with a guide. Clearly the first section is steep though in good snow conditions, especially in the mornings when it is newly pisted, it is not the most difficult ski route (despite being marked as a ski route it is in fact piste bashed) in the Arlberg. The lower section is fairly straightforward, a pleasant route through a valley back to Lech.
The adjacent terrain (and the other ski route nearby marked on the ski map) is much more serious. There was a nasty accident in early 2019 when 4 people died in an avalanche

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

It is never busy, and snow excellent 99,9% of the time due to being northfacing. Very steep directly after exiting the Schafslplift, mostly flat after that (but not too flat), and great forestscenery, opening up at the end with lovely views of Lech.
The first part, before the Schafalplift is great too by the way

The first pitch is steep and though not a real "no fall zone", a fall is likely to result in a long slide unless you know how to self-arrest. The piste is however wide and, as noted, relatively quiet so you can usually pick the turn radii, and hence speed, that work for you.
The run through the forest at the end is very pretty. A bit of skating or walking at the very end to get back to the Schlosskopfbahn.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Great run, echoing the above comments, an alternative exit is to drop right through the trees at the end and catch free ski bus back from Stubenbach, 5 minute ride but avoids the longer track to the lift. Fabulous run.
