Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Geneva to Les Menuires midweek transport

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi all, looking for advice on mid week transport from Geneva Airport to Les Menuires.

I'm travelling solo on a Monday and back on a Friday end of Jan. Early and late flights as I was hoping to maximise time on the slopes by getting a half day on the Mon and Fri. However I can't seem to find any shared transfer options, are they not available mid week? If anyone has experience with mid week transfers can they recommend a company? (not been to 3 valleys before).

It also looks possible to travel on public transport via Moutiers on train and then bus up the valley.

If anyone has experience of this route on public transport how did it go? Did the trains/buses run on time or turn up at all? Just wondering if this is a relaible way to travel.

Any other options welcome.

Thanks,

Chris

We have had a similar issue in the past, was only viable to get a private transfer due to our numbers (6) if you are solo I think a small car will be the most cost effective, plenty of free parking in LM

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

@Chris9300, Check with Alpybus- they appear to be offering a midweek scheduled service this season and they’ve done Monday and Friday transfers for a few years now.. Around €60 each way.
