Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Kid friendly hotel v near the piste with pool but not crazy expensive!

Hi all,

Strange times but I'm keen to start researching a trip for next year.
I've been to the Post Alpina in the Three Peaks Dolomites (it is amazing) and Galtenberg in Inneralpbach (also great but not quite as good food / service as Alpina).

Requirements are:

Pool for the kids
Near or on the piste
Kids club
Good grub!
Not crazy expensive (under 3k euro for a week for 2 adults, 2 kids under 10)
Enough skiing to keep the grown ups entertained skiing half days for the week

Hope everyone is keeping safe.
Thanks for any tips.
And sorry if I missed other forum entries about this. Just couldn't find it anywhere!
Cheers.

When? Does that budget exclude travel? If not, travelling how and from where? snowHead

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Aha! Good point. Early March normally. Travel on top. But galtenberg includes lift passes in its 3k which is exceptional value so very keen to hear of experiences and options.
Thanks loads!

Try here, and say Greg Hilton recommended you! Ask for a package price including a lift pass. Ticks all your boxes, price very dependent on avoiding peak weeks as they get many many repeat visitors.

@Saltwood, would echo Greg's recommendation. Hotel is superb and food great. The Rosentalerhof in Hinterglemm https://www.rosentalerhof.at/en is a good value hotel. Not on the piste but 100m walk or so to the tbar or 500m to the gondola. Outdoor pool and good food and rooms, albeit food not up to the standards of the Hubertushof
