I’ve booked a short trip for next week, landing in Munich Friday morning and departing on Sunday night so need to decide on where to go for my two and a half days skiing.
I’m undecided where to go but am not too fussy either. There are three of us so we need a triple or a twin and a single room and so far I’ve looked at Skiwelt and Amadé but not much luck on accommodation.
Where would you go and where would you look to stay?

I personally would go high given the warm temps. Solden will have excellent snow on the Glaciers. Hintertux will do too but there is more life in Solden. Maybe a small but further than other Austrian resorts from Munich but worth it IMO.
You may find it harder to get accomodation offers as you're traversing two weeks but should free up closer to the time

@maddness,are you hiring a car or going by train? I assume car given the short time period. Conditions are not brilliant, the pistes are OK but the lower, especially south facing, ones are getting thin and icy. The Zillertal might be good, a lot of the skiing is above the tree line and there is always the glacier at Hintertux. Wide range of accommodation available so should be possible to get rooms (I assume you have been looking at the tourist office websites?). Ischgl and St Anton are possibly a bit far and Ischgl is notorióusly difficult to get short break accommodation. Kitzbühel might be OK there is a reasonable amount of fairly high skiing though reports say the home runs are not great.
Just checked Skiwelt and loads of options for 2 people, you might need to call the tourist office to look for three.

Here in Amadé, the temperatures are cold and the snow is pretty good. There hasn't been as much natural snowfall so far this year, so there is a lot of cannon snow to boost the snow depths, but the valleys are white and all pistes are open.
The problem for your accommodation request is that changeover day is usually Saturday, so effectively you are crossing into two potential week long bookings. Accommodation providers will far prefer week long bookings to weekends. But as it's last minute it's worth contacting the tourist offices to see if there is availability.

@maddness, booking.com shows up Frühstückspension Samerhof as having a triple room in Westendorf for those dates...
304 of your engleesh pounds so a bargain at a ton each I would say.

Depends on what you're after but one of the nearest/shortest transfer resorts is Alpbach. Snow down to the valley still and a decent amount of snow higher up. I'd say that would do nicely for a weekend and appears to be a couple of options for your dates.
