Hi guys!
All the times I went skiing I had a ski room where I could dry my boots during the night.
This time I booked a chalet that doesn't have that, so I'm thinking about buying one of those portable boot dryers.
1 - Does it work as good as the big ones in the ski rooms ?
2 - Do you recommend any specific one ?
Cheers!

I was about to recommend the excellent Hotronic Snapdry which I have used for few years. But I just checked and it appears they stopped making it
It was the only one I found which works on 110V as well as 240V, for use in USA/Canada and Japan.

Reviving this...
@Awdbugga , does this kind of dryer really works on wet boots ? I saw many reviews of those kind of "slip in" dryers and many people said that they only make it warm, don't really dry it.
Did u have any problems ? Also, how long does it take to dry ?

@AndreSilva, I guess it depends upon what you class as "really wet". My boots are damp at the end of the day. I leave the heaters in over night and they are bone dry in the morning. I take two pairs of gloves and have the heaters in yesterday's gloves during the day whilst I am out skiing.

I have an old pair of Dampire silica gel packets that aren't too bad, however these Drysure "extreme" re-boots are now kicking around....

I bought a pair of the drysure for my daughter’s ski boots as she sometimes suffers a little bit if they get damp. Had a few trial runs on her fleece lined wellies (which are a pain to dry out inside, especially at the toes) and they worked really well. I can’t compare to other devices but can vouch for the drysures.

We use Thermic Boot dryers
Work fine for us.
There is even a 12v version so you can have your boots nice and warm when driving to the slopes. |
I decided to go for the ones @Jonpim recommended, it is something in between those slip-in dryers and those big ones, let's see how good it works

Just an update here... it worked like a charm! A few hours and the boos were dry, same for gloves, thanks for the help!
