Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Fundango Ski Jackets - anyone heard of them?

Poster: A snowHead
I am looking to replace my 3 year old insulated Quick Silver jacket (only around £50 from Decathlon) with a shell for this season. I also need to replace my very cheap Decathlon Salopettes as they filled with ice in the cuffs at the end of my last day's skiing this year!

I have been keeping an eye on Sports Pursuit as my budget is not high and have come across some products from a company called Fundango. I've never heard of them but the gear seems ok and looks suitable as far as I can tell.

The jacket i am considering is https://www.sportpursuit.com/catalog/product/view/id/1921308?click=eyJxdWVyeSI6ImZ1bmRhbmdvIiwicGFnZSI6MSwicGFnZVNpemUiOjMyLCJwb3MiOjEzfQ==

The sallopettes are https://www.sportpursuit.com/catalog/product/view/id/1921659?click=eyJxdWVyeSI6ImZ1bmRhbmdvIiwicGFnZSI6MSwicGFnZVNpemUiOjEyLCJwb3MiOjN9

Both apparently are waterproof to 15,000 and rated 10,000 breathability.

Any thoughts, reviews, suggestions based on this sort of budget??

more seriously, if you are limited on a budget, then Aldi's recent special might be of interest.
There are still some online only bargains to be had and also include some midlayers

Might do for a season or two, as you save the serious pennies for Norrona or Stellar....

Also have a look at Marmot on Sport Pursuit, some similar shells at good discounts (for the right size if you are colour agnostic)

TK Maxx is well worth a visit at the moment - plenty of Colmar, Eider and Helly Hansen items amongst others available currently in your price range.
