Poster: A snowHead

I recently bought a Ski Mojo from Edge and Wax and had it fitted at the shop. Review and manufacturing faults described here http://snowheads.com/ski-forum/viewtopic.php?p=2701034#2701034
When I bought the mojos Scott (scottydog opened up his own diary so he could fit me in to fit the mojos himself as none of the other fitters had appointments on the only day I could get to the shop, but subsequently there were 2 separate manufacturing faults, the most recent last week while I was away skiing. Unfortunately I live in Chelmsford, work mostly in Milton Keynes, the shop is near Horsham and I have no weekends free till I next ski at Easter - Scott offered to come to my house at 8pm to fit a replacement set of mojos (he just left)!!!.
He doesn't make a habit of it...so don't expect the same as his wife will end up killing him...but what great service.
Edge and Wax ..highly recommended!

Very efficient buying skis, box and poles from them before Xmas. Bought the poles later to use most of my cashback up

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Thanks for the very kind words - Always appreciated and it wasn't any trouble, just glad to help. The better half was remarkably calm when I collected her from Thurrock shops, but I think there was a direct link to the number of carrier bags from various shops she had acquired! That was only 2 hours, imagine I had left her there all day
Have a great trip at Easter,
ScottyDog

@kitenski, great to hear. Having only ever hired skis, I'm just not too sure what to get at the moment (naturally being a skinflint I'm looking at those with big reductions!)

Fantastic, indeed. Not only spam but totally irrelevant spam - and in a 4 1/2 year bump!

I think you'll find that in Florida the only skis you're likely to see are water skis......

@Mosha Marc, @Red Leon, amusing perhaps, but if you quote spam then I can't just zap the bug. Have a think before you get too button-happy
hang on, this is snowheads, isn;t it? Not exactly known for being shy of pressing buttons round here...

There must be a market demand for not having a "Don King downstairs hair style" in the ski resort sauna. Do Edge and Wax do brazillian waxing too?

Point taken - sorry.
However, this isn't your usual waste-of-space spam...IMV this one's worth keeping for its comedy value.

Sorry fella, I knew that, but thought it should be saved for posterity.
Happy to delete my post to allow you to zap it if it helps?

if we "keep it for posterity" it just encourage them to come back as it turns up in search hits. I've removed the name of the business, that'll do

Are there different styles available?
The Don
The Valderama
The Flock of Seagulls
The Chrissie Waddle
I sense a new business opportunity Saunamerkins.com or maybe Merkins4merikans.com
