Yeah I split mine down the main seam and they sent them back to me, free of charge, good as new! What’s wrong that needs replacing?

Alas I was perhaps a bit optimistic in buying smalls a few seasons back and after a chubby spell last season have split them good and proper. They won’t fix them so they’ll be duck taped to serve as a reserve pair but need a new pair of mediums for the bumper season ahead...

Ahhh. Fair. Might be worth chancing your arm for a repair tho. I had every expectation of having to pay for my repair, but they comped it.

I tried and sent them back but got a refusal from Norrona... it’s fair enough. They are more than 3 years old with 200 days skiing on them and only split because they are too small... I love the fit and durability of the fabric but the current colors don’t match my jackets so could end up being a $$$ purchase..
