Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Accomodation Search (Morzine) for Snow-Camp Young Person

Snowheads

We've just been offered an incredible opportunity for one very lucky young person to train and qualify for their BASI Level 2 Alpine Ski Instructor qualification in Morzine this season, but only if we can source suitable accommodation for the during of the course.

For those that don't know about our work:

Snow-Camp are 'one of the UK's most innovative charities' dedicated to changing the lives of underprivileged inner-city young people with the power of snowsports. Over the past 15 years, we've taken young people away from the inner-city estates and the issues they may be facing in their day-to-day lives, to artificial & indoor slopes across the UK and eventually out for a life-changing week in the Alps - broadening horizons, developing key life-skills & gaining qualifications at every stage before gaining employment opportunities in the snowsports industry or going on to many other positive destinations in life on completion of the programmes. You can learn more about our work at www.snow-camp.org.uk

For this particularity opportunity, we're in the very fortunate position to support one of our stand-out apprentices (aged 20, who's gone above & beyond to deserve this opportunity) through a fully-funded 14 week BASI training course in Morzine this season, thanks to the generosity of an individual sponsor and super-fan of our work.

For the opportunity to go ahead, we need to find the cheapest possible accommodation as close to the centre of Morzine as possible. For similar opportunities in the past, we've been fortunate to find 1 or 2 families in resort who have hosted a Snow-Camp young person for free and offered additional pastoral care which we would love to find again. In this instance we will happily contribute towards food and other misc costs. Alternatively we do have a small budget to pay for hostel/studio accommodation if need be.

We need accommodation from Monday 9th December 2019 through to Saturday 28th March 2020. .

This could be with one or two host families, cheap hostel/studio accommodation, or a combination of both over the 14 weeks.

Thank you all for any options which come to mind, and please feel welcome to email me directly at dan.k@snow-camp.org.uk or call +44(0)1273 241383 to go in to more detail.
