Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I have been trying to contact Ski Amis for a while now. Their phones have gone from ringing out to not ringing at all. Straight to a voicemail box.

Also sent a direct message on their FB page which has been "seen" but no response.

Does anyone have any information? Does anyone have a future booking with them? What is going on?

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Company changed hands at end 2018 to a new owner.

I'm booked with them for next season (albeit a) paid by credit card, b) I have insurance, and c) they are ABTOL) so not concerned yet, but like you when I called, their phone went to EE voicemail. I wonder if they're just on hols given the time of year.

Hi guys - we're all fine. We had a systems upgrade at the start of June and has been a bit of nightmare so phones and computers were down. Getting back to normal though so give us a ring if we can help. The Ski Amis Team !

Thanks for responding, always nice when a company stays on top of social media.

@SkiAmis, welcome to SnowHeads. As you’re now back up and running, might be an idea to post something on your FB page - it can be very disconcerting to be unable to reach a supplier. Good luck
