Poster: A snowHead

To follow up my thread on the Karma problem, just wanted to say WOW, thats customer service.
Ellis Brigham have taken responsability for the problem and have bent over backwards and totally exceded my expectations.
They have found a replacement Karma in 177 which I will be able to get this week in time for me to go away on the 25th.
Congrats Ellis Brigham for your customer service and a big thanks to Mark and Steve at EB if you read this.

It's great they sorted it, but perhaps the least they could (or at least should) do in circs? Have a great week on 25th.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Good news. Perhaps someone there reads (or even contributes to) snowHeads.

kiwi1, That's great, and even better EB seems to have got on with it and done the right thing without a big stick being waved and lots of shouting, very impressive and a stong incentive to give them my future business.

Masque, Hey mate.
Yep, they've got my business. Any company that looks after it's customers like that has to be OK.

richmond, I don't think so, I believe EB are a good company who do the right thing, my son bought a pair of Technica ski boots there, the were the supposedly unbreakable carbon-fibre etc etc, after a year he managed to split them, he was skiing every day at the time but no problems EB contacted Technica who replaced them FOC. A merked contrast to the level of customer service shown by S & R.
