Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi all, I am out here for the season and I am now sure that my boots are knackered - or at the very least the linings have had it. No big surprise as they are way past their sell by date: They have had hundreds of days skiing on them over the past 8 years.

I have problem feet - very flat with no arch, and a fairly pronated gait as result. The Dalbello Vipers I have are great shells: very stiff (if also very heavy), and my preference would be to be able to get new liners and insoles fitted. They were fitted years ago, and adjusted a few years back, by Profeet in London, and they did quite a lot of work on shells and liners, from punching to shimming and everything in between! Does anyone have any recommendations for someone properly good out here in France?

I suppose I could get to Chamonix if needed, but would far prefer someone good in this ski area...
