Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ultimate Snowsports Tignes

Had an off-piste lesson in January with Gregor from Ultimate Snowsports and would like to strongly recommend him - great instruction, perfectly aimed at our group of middle-aged off-piste wannabees Laughing with tons of additional information about off-piste, the area etc.
If anyone from Ultimate Snowsports is reading this then "Cheers!".

We had Tom from Ultimate for a 2 hour lesson with my wife and myself, and 3 x 2.5 hours for our learning disabled 16 year old - both excellent.

Tom was perceptive and clear with us (we'd not had lessons for about 15 years, but have skied more or less every other year for a week so have plenty of bad habits as we tackle every grade of piste), and was patient, kind and enthusiastic with our son - he came on so much in confidence during the week.

I should declare a slight personal interest, in that the father of the founders of Ultimate used to work with my wife, so we booked with them on that personal recommendation - but I don't think my opinion of them would change even had we stumbled upon them independently. Highly recommended.

@larkim, British skiing is a fairly small world, it is difficult to avoid links to people.

I have known the founders since they were kids on the dryslope race circuit.

Our kids loved their lessons. The girls had Tom and he was great with them. I really can't thank them enough.

Our youngest was in the White Wizards group and we managed to lose his certificate whilst skiing, but Jenny had no problems in sending us out another.

Really great organisation.
