Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi, I've been reading lots of helpful info on this forum, thank you very much everyone! We have just spent a week in Avoriaz and loved the PDS area. We are considering going back with a bigger group 16-23 March, looking at Morzine instead as seems a bit more going on and a bit more variety food and drink wise and lots of accommodation options for a group. I noticed our dates coincide with Rock the Pistes Festival, will that mean its really busy and best to avoid? Also just wondering general conditions that could be expected for this time of year? We are a mixed ability group of snowboarders, also open to any recommendations for other resorts that we might consider. Thank you!

@Rae
, it quiet in the PDS at that time. Rock the Pistes doesn’t increase crowds except at venues. Temps will be warm and you might want to avoid lower slopes. Hope you won’t get lots of rain as we did at that time last year! Longer days on the slopes are a bonus and sitting outside restos in the sun
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Great thank you, if only I had a trusty crystal ball to tell me the weather!
