Anyone know how far it is from the base of the home run to the gondola station? The piste map is not very clear.

10 minute max walk, downhill and past a few nice bars.
Not sure if there is a road train linking the two during peak season.

Get your skis off, head down past the Pinocchio house, turn left at the rose garden pub, then an immediate right down a back alley, that brings you out at the main road, the station is a minute away, 5 minutes in total (unless you stop off at the Gadi bar on the back alley and oggle the stunning bar maid, like i did...)

We walked it last week and were not too keen on doing it again. Whether it's 5 or 10 minutes, it felt long. You can always get the gondola down.
