You learn something every day. Apparently, there is one higher than a red weather warning and apparently it's been pulled out today.
As Nigel, once famously said. ' when your playing at max and you've got know where else to go and need that final push..'. Well you can go to magenta! Imagine the meeting when the colours were decided. I'm sure Farage will tell us there's a quota for magenta warnings and Germany has them all.
On a serious note. It must be bad out there....

The panic is getting a bit silly.
Everyone thinks they are in a Hollywood disaster movie, lol.

The opposite actually, tbh - it's just the media (mostly foreign) milking the story. Very little homegrown chaos or panic.

Absolutely, I drove from St Anton to Davos on Sunday and back to Munich on Monday. All the roads were open. On the way in the road was snowbound from Landquart to Davos but the traffic was flowing, if slowly. In Davos itself there were plenty of trucks doing the normal Monday morning deliveries without any obvious difficulties. Yes lots of snow clearing going on and the odd person getting stuck but no panic or chaos in evidence. In this part of the world in snows it winter, some winters more snow some less, life has to go on.

We are in Tux at the moment and there has been the lovely sight today of two firemen controlling the traffic to safely go past the fire engine which was parked just off the road with a cherry picker raised, and firemen working from the cherry picker to clear snow from the roof of the church.
