Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Does anyone know of a courier/postal company that will accept snowpulse avi backpack cannisters for transport from Austria to the UK? Ours got removed from our luggage and returned to our hotel after a recent emergency medical repatriation and subsequent couriering of our stuff back to the UK by our insurance company - apparently they're not allowed on as unaccompanied luggage, which the couriers told the insurers but the insurers didn't tell us. Insurers can't (be bothered to) find anyone who can do it, but I'm keen to get them home.
Alternatively is anyone driving from St Anton to London soon who wouldn't mind taking them in return for beer tokens?
Thanks

@Sideshow_Bob
, are you going to
the EoSB
? I will be in St Anton next week and could pick them up, but am not coming back to the UK. I could pass them on in Val Thorens though if you can persuade someone to carry them, and if you can wait that long.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

See if BUS4 DUB is returning home via Austria?
Probably possible to triangulate via EOSB if you can wait that long.

As it would have it the cannisters (plus their owners) were in BU54 DUB just the day before our incident. I thought this was initially coincidence but now I'm not so sure...
Sadly given said incident no EoSB for us this year, but also no particular hurry to get them back.
@Scarlet
, thanks for the offer, if we can't find an easier alternative and if the yellow-trousered one agrees I may well take you up on that! Hotel is opposite the train station so not far out of the way.
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

@Sideshow_Bob
, Yep, no problem. Let me know by Monday as I'm not sure what day we'll be over.
