Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Morillon - Last Weekend in January

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Got flights booked to Geneva for the last weekend in January, 1St flight in on Friday last flight out on Monday.

Have booked Residence Grand Massif in Morillon but can cancel that if better options are available?

Am a bit unclear if well be able to ski back to Morillon? Hadn't appreciated it is spilt over two levels when I booked.

By the end of Jan you should be fine as they have snow making all the way back down Doina from 1100. If not it's no big deal to gondola back. I wouldn't ski Lapberieu back no matter how good the snow as you end poling half of it.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

It very much depends on the snow (obvious answer). We've been that week of the year for the last five years. Morillon for the first and Samoens for the last four. You couldn't ski down to Morillon for at least three of those years, so I wouldn't rely on it. It's easy to download, as @AcidStephane, says, though.

We did board very easily all the way down to Morillon a few years ago, whilst we were staying in Flaine and ended up there by mistake, but that's a whole different story Embarassed Laughing

Are you in Morillon 1100 or Morillon village? Even with bad snow you should be able to ski back to 1100 easily it the village Is a different matter. We’ve skied in Morillon when everything has been green apart from a man made strip of ice which got you back to 1100. Still had a great time & plenty of skiing higher up.

I would hope that by the end of jan you’ll be fine.
