Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

We kitted out our gtand-kids from https://www.littleskiers.co.uk/

Would highly recommend, very good quality and they do have some pretty reasonably priced stuff

Mittens are the hardest - and you need more than one pair. Finding a pair which goes on firmly in less than 15 minutes and stays on for more than 5 is a challenge. Then they get soaking wet...... Decathlon is also well worth trying if you have one near you. And charity shops.

If you’re going once this season then, Aldi and decathlon both good and with the money you save by a pair of Hestra mitts - well worth the money. My two year olds hands are warm and dry when he takes them off.

Decathlon, Aldi, Little Skiers, Amazon, Mountain Warehouse all have stuff (for next time).

Not sure if this is the first time you're taking the little one away to freezing conditions, but other than when our daughter was really small she tends to overheat in what we wrap her up in, so be aware of that, especially if skiing / sledging and doing anything active.
