Hi all,
Considering flying into Grenoble this winter for a week on 5th Jan. Best transfer price I have found is £86 via Bensbus.co.uk. (?!)
Has anyone used them before..? I have visions of an 'Otto-like' driver from the Simpson pulling up... dude!
Any help appreciated!

Quite popular, definitely budget and treated as such so don’t expect it to be the most comfortable or quickest, but they get you there....at least they did when I used them.

Lots of mates used them and have been fine every time. Things do go wrong with all alpine transfers and tend to dominate on line reviews so don't get worried by them.

@Bergmeister, I wouldn't say it was any less comfortable than other budget coaches. If padded seats and a footrest is your definition of a comfortable coach then you must rarely be disappointed. Personally I find the footrests difficult to use at my height and, knowing how much I dislike it when the person in front of me does it, I never recline the seat.
Definitely slow as a result of several detours and multiple drop offs. GVA to Bourg is never a quick journey but when you pop into one place for a driver change and then Moutiers & Aime (both with people getting off and no logic to how the bags were loaded) it adds quite a bit more time.
I'd still use them again though, they do what you ask of them at a very competitive price. Same goes for Skiidy Gonzalez.

I suppose I'm trying to say it seemed like any other transfer coach to me.
I've been on hundreds of transfers - but must never have experienced a luxury one...
I've also done many long distance or overnight coach trips - in the UK & Europe, as well as Greyhound in the USA - and Ben's Bus was remarkably similar to those.
Which companies offer luxury transfers - and what am I missing out on? I'd like to try it one day.
