Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

A snowHead
Hello all - a first time poster so apologies if in the wrong sub-forum.
I’m skiing in the Ski Welt area early Feb and looking for recommendations for a top instructor for 2 to 3 half day lessons to push on from the intermediate plateau (10 weeks skiing and starting to venture off piste but want to firm up on piste advanced techniques etc).
Any recommendations of great instructors or even ski schools offering advanced on piste lessons would be appreciated.
Cheers

Last time I was in the SkiWelt I was based in Hopfgarten.
The local ski school
Skischule Alpin Hopfgarten
was excellent for group lessons, and I expect will be equally good for private lessons. The instructor I had spoke German and good English.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

@Hafermann
, did you see this report on the area (primarily Westendorf) but they recommended this ski school - Schneesportschule Alpin. I contacted them as we also going early Feb, but they fully booked up for the times we wanted. But they did put us onto this guy (Walter) who he recommended -

@Hafermann
, just to add, that was my TR that @Simon94 linked - if you have any questions about our lessons with Klaus just ask! We found him to be the best instructor we'd experienced.
