Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Anyone have experience with car parking at Morillion 1100 over Feb half term?
I've provisionally booked an apartment at 1100 but although listed as free public parking available, I'm wondering if there is sufficient parking over the busy half term period?
Thanks
Al

I've not been at half term but it's always had a big public car park compared to total accommodation there.
Along with smaller distributed parking nearer to the buildings, I'd not forsee a problem there. The main carpark on entry to village also extended down along the approach road to add capacity, this is mainly busy for weekend traffic of day visitors, but in addition it has capacity at base village for the same demand that people use to ride the gondola up.
I'd be very surprised if you have an issue.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I parked there a few years ago at half term without an issue, but the car park was full whenever I popped to turn the engine over, so I suppose a late arrival might be the only thing that scuppers you

Thanks guys, you put my mind at rest
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Just arrive early enough. I sometimes ski in Morillons on on Sat/Sun and, despite arriving at 10, or even 10.30, I have always found a space. Including during the Paris zone half term (busiest 2 weeks!)
