Does anyone know hotels that serve Bio or Organic food in Austria? I know that there is the Gartenhotel Theresia in Hinterglemm, but would like to know of more!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Seem to be quite a few about, but can't think of any names off the top of my head. I'm sure google would turn plenty up though!

There’s a section on Lonely Planet guide to Austria that gives you links. Can’t recall the site name though sorry

Google "bio hotels". Most resorts I visit in Austria have at least one.

My favourite is the "Biogasthaus W a n k e r" at Techelsberg am Woerthersee (for obvious reasons). (Had to space the letters, as the perfectly respectable Austrian surname got changed to "funny fellow"!)

I did this but it seems the selection narrows down a bit when you want the hotel in a Ski Resort!
