Can't see how moving the AFD the wrong direction would cause that. Just looks like some light scratches in the topsheet as opposed to cracks. Better pics would help.

I had boot on bindings and screwed adf counter clockwise a lot. Thanks to bad instruct i got. i was thinking there is some tension when its too tight to not tighten more but it was going smooth. The skis are brand new so no scrathes had to come on slopes.

Skis are designed to survive lots of stress and strain under high loads and flexion. As @spyderjon (our resident ski expert) says, it’s hard to see how adjusting the afd on your bindings would cause damage to the top sheet like that.
What kind of skis are they and is this your first pair? I can’t help wondering if you’re maybe a bit over sensitive about your new skis and worried you might have done something to them from inexperience when in fact they’re perfectly fine and it’s just a cosmetic defect.
Top sheets are designed to flex and survive all kinds of abuse from the other ski. I’d say they are unlikely to crack in the way you seem to think they might have.

They are Armada arv 96 2020. 2 times mounted thanks to shop mounted in the wrong position first time.. thanks for answers!

Turning the AFD screw counter clockwise raises the ADF and if you raise it too far the captive nut will come off the end of the adjustment screw so the toe toe binding would have to be removed from the ski to reinstall the nut but no harm would be caused. Turning it clockwise lowers the AFD and it'll bottom out when it hits the skis topsheet. Trying to continue to turn the screw clockwise with either strip the nylon lined captive nut or strip the head on the adjustment screw but it won't effect the mount. The scratches on your skis are most definitely not related to your adjustment of the binding.
