Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hey all,

I'm seeking a 1 week back country course, Italy, France, Swiss, commencing approx 13th Jan. I need to be on a plane back to the UK Sunday 21st Jan.

Air bnb stylie, chalet, catered or self.

Perhaps you are seeking the same and want to share a guide, perhaps you have spaces available on a course, perhaps you can recommend somebody. I'm currently investigating a few options & UCPA uk's agent are fully booked however UCPA french site appears to have some availability but the translate is not working overly well!!

Male, 37, Advanced skier, approx 1 week off piste, no skins experience, no avalanche training or kit experience, great fitness, general outdoors person, overall good mountain skills winter / summer.

Tried Snoworks? Ski Club GP may have something to suit.

Chamonix maybe the place to go as greater chance of getting single accommodation and an hour from Geneva. Google all the off-piste courses. ESF, Evo 2 & normal ski schools may have something. Chamonix guides

hey, yes looked at Snowworks, was a little put off as their site is hard and their telephone number on their site had changed so thought perhaps an old operator! I'm digging deeper now. Thanks for the tips Happy
