 Poster: A snowHead

We get great service from our SnowHeads forum,
but I was just wondering if the was anything similar for people who like to go to the alps in the summer and chase down the mountains on bikes.
Does anyone know of a forum?
Or know of places where they run the lifts in the summer for cyclists?

or on sH in the Apres forum there's a Road Bike and an MTB thread.
loads of places run lifts for bikes. I expect most places with a gondola, plus then there's loads that adapt chairlifts too, for bikes (PdS, Les Arcs, Zillertal (iirc)...)

@DrLawn, bikes are very popular here in Les Gets and Morzine, well the whole PDS, in the summer and there is quite a network of chairlifts and gondolas that run. The facilities for cyclists and their bikes seem to get better every year.

I've sent that link onto my son who fancies tearing down the mountains on his bike .... with his mates.
But when push comes to shove ...
they evaporate from "up for it" to "err... cant go that week etc"
He needs something like our "bashes" where he doesn't have to depend on his "mates".

Schladming, Wagrain, Saalbach/Leogang all have incredible DH MTB tracks that are lift served.
