When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Airbag couriers in the UK

Hi All,

Does anyone know of any couriers that will happily accept airbags with canisters. Need to get mine up country as it was part of the ABS recall.

@beenative, I just sold mine via SnowHeads and used UK Mail.

I almost lost an empty carbon canister which I sent for refill by Parcel Force, it was deemed to be dangerous and sent to their special handling centre. I only got it back after 2 weeks.

UK Mail was recommended by SnowSafe, who I had my refills done by. This page provides details and a link.

Thanks all for the replies. Just booked with UKmail which sent me on to their sister site of ipostparcels. Nothing in their prohibited item list about air bags but put avalanche safety bag in the box when asked for a description of items Little Angel
