Just passed by a wee shoppe selling a pair of Stockli Asteroids at a much reduced price.
201 cm (long) 91 mm (underfoot width)
thoughts anyone?

Yes, definitely a DP "Pro" model - you can find some odd web references still hanging about. Maybe the DP a better bet for the phat end of the quiver?

The current DP looks a monster and I never tried it on the one day I could have a few weeks back. I still regret not at least going to the Snake BC, or the Scott Schmidt. Wasn' t skiing well and probably wimped out...
I googled the Asteroid and it said it was as stiff as hell. Yep, its a Stockli, then..

David Murdoch, if you don't want them I'll buy them, at a skinny 91mm they do OK being 201cm long. Buy them, I would.

JT, he he he. But in a tight couloir, on hard windpack, would one find 201 a but too much of a handful these days? Would be interesting to find out...
