Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

I contacted Glisshop.co.uk about this a week ago (used the contact form on their website) and haven't heard anything back from them. I have a pair of the affected IONs and also wish to make a warranty claim as the AFDs have broken despite the bindings being less than a year old.
I'll post updates here as and when anything happens. Should be a good test of their after sales service for any other Snowheads who might be considering buying from them.
Edit: Just sent them another message, let's see what happens.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I emailed Glisshop on Thursday asking what was going on and mentioning that I was contributing to this thread. I received a 'holding email' yesterday, apologising for the delay, and saying that the hold up is a result of them having requested further 'explanation' from G3.

Just had a phonecall from Glisshop. They said that the delay was caused by the French G3 distributor not being aware of the recall! She also said that everyone in France who works in the ski industry takes holiday at this time of year.
Glisshop are saying that the French G3 distributor will be in touch with me to arrange a pick up of the bindings. I'll post an update if / when I hear more.

Glisshop sent me an email today, they are paying for DPD to collect my bindings.

They don't need your bindings at all. Just tell them to post you the new pair of upper heel turrets and you can swap them yourself - that way you don't even have to disturb the mount etc.
I've swapped two sets for customers like this (although I didn't supply the bindings).

The bindings also have two broken AFD plates, that's why they want the whole binding back for the warranty claim.
