Want to know the good spots, the weather or the conditions of different faces of Courchevel ! Just come in the pizzeria BLACK PEARL, we can talk about !!
Is that the semi-mythical pisteurs couloir off the saulire? Involves climbing a ladder up from the cable car top station? The scenery looks a bit too wild but the narrowness seems right from the descriptions I heard. I've never skied it.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

No, it's not that one... In this video there is one in la saulire call "croix des verdons" but no climbing to ride it, and the very narrow one is in l'aiguille du fruit (north est)

Is it next to the Banana couloir ? Looked very exposed, deep respect on those lines !!
And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

@blackpearlcourchevel, $$$!
Have you got any tips on actually using the drone/transporting it on the hill? We tried to take the company drone (DGI Phantom something) out last season, but the big/heavy box was a real pain, so we ended up just dumping it in the lifties office and going skiing.

Lovely. Apache is getting better and better - thought the footage and editing was excellent.
Realise what you meant by croix de verdons now! Correcting what I said earlier in this thread - I've skied the verdons couloir that I think you ended up in but not from the Croix! First few turns there looked committed

I hope the operator was licenced and coordinated with the Altiport, and he probably exceeded the 500 feet above ground limit looking at some of the angles. The laws are quite specific:

No worries the operator has his licence and the resort give us all the autorisation to shoot... The drone was around 100 m above the mountain.
