Using windows 10 and the edge browser if you press the print button at the bottom of the pages then select microsoft print to pdf print and landscape and it will save a pdf (well it did with me) wouldn't work in firefox. You will have to enable flash in edge browser if it isn't already. File size is around 160mb and you will need to wait until it has finished so don't close the print box.

Edit that seems to create a 'image pdf' rather than a searchable text pdf but if you just want to read it is fine.

Managed to make a PDF of the first 29 pages on Firefox, no idea why it only went up to 29/60. No luck with Safari

In Opera, I got a warning that only 30 pages can be printed at once. So printed/saved as pdf in 2 sections.
