Train to St Anton and taxi (or bus) from there if you have time on your side and not carting loads of kids and luggage. Its a very plesent and scenic journey.
Alternatively Arlberg Express can do transfers: https://arlbergexpress.com/en/

Can also get the train to Langen am Arlberg and then bus/taxi from there to Lech, opens up a couple more train options.

The last time I looked at Taxi prices from Inn to Lech it was over 250 e 1 way. Check the LECHER TAXI website. Prices are on there.

Four Seasons Travel https://www.tirol-taxi.at/ are quoting 160 Euros each way.

Use Innsbruck based companies. The Arlberg ones are more expensive ime

Thanks all.
Does look like 160-180 is about the best out there for the taxi, have emailed a few (including Four Seasons) for a final quote to make sure they have right vehicle for ski bag etc.

I ended up going with Gangl Transfers (thanks skivor). Great price and found some good reviews, also look like they have been around for many years. Thanks all.
