Yep the prices are very good (sensible) and the holiday 9 days. As you say worth a gamble for someone.

Meribel village doesn't have snow other than man made strips back to it but the higher areas are reasonable and Courcheval / Val Thorens / Orelle very good piste conditions at the moment. Creux in Courcheval today was near perfect piste conditions.

@hawkwind as someone who skied there today I think it's a great deal and the pistes across the 3vs are far better than this time last year.

Once you hop on a lift, and go a bit higher, the snow is fantastic I hear. Val Thorens is just in the next valley — a lift or two ride away — and there is plenty of snow there; take a look at the webcams.
It's an amazing deal — for 9 nights as well!
