Poster: A snowHead

Dear winter sports enthousiasts,
We are a group of students going to Les Sybelles from tomorrow. We would like to surprise one of us with an original birthday present. Does any of you know about a strip club or other place where we could get a lap dance/erotic dance for the gal? Doesn't have to be too serious, it's about the idea.

You need an English teacher more than a lap dancer.
I'm £50 plus expenses.

Think you're in the wrong resort for that kind of thing...now Saalbach or Solden and you might be in luck!

@ansta1, some of them are very well educated (I am reliably informed) so kill two birds with one stone. Thy prefer Austria though.

Draw lots amongst your group. Loser does lap dance. She wouldn't be expecting that. With cash saved you could buy round of drinks. Sorted

A couple of months ago I learnt the Italian word for a gift which is really what the donor wants for himself. Prompted by my 4 year old Italian grandson buying his father a toy police car, driven by a Minion, for his birthday.
Sadly, I've forgotten the word. I wonder if there's an equivalent in French? Not in English, I think.

Maybe for these youngsters but not when I was that age. Thankfully I never had to experience it personally but definitely was at a number of female friend's teenage birthday parties when... wahey... who's this arriving..?! Ha ha!
the lucky "gals" largely (but not always) laughed along as expected to, but it was always pretty grim and led to numerous guests turning to each other and saying "please do NOT do that to me at my party!"

It sounds to me more like the German word "Gift" which in English means.......
There are better surprises I am sure, but I suppose that the original poster knows his/her friends best.

For a suitable emolument I will don one of my kilts and she can have a wee peek up it if she likes.
No touching mind you or Mrs UANN's wrath will probably destroy your holiday and possibly despoil the ski area.

Seems reasonable. What makes you think his father didn't want that for his birthday?

If you enjoyed that then seeing as you are a fairly recent snowHead you may not have seen some of the old posts by savaloy_joy (who sadly seems no longer to contribute). Here's a classic example extolling the nightlife in Solden..... http://snowheads.com/ski-forum/viewtopic.php?p=1444029&highlight=#1444029
