Jon Linsley and I set ourselves a big 1-day freeride challenge in Espace Killy last season, and achieved it towards the end of the season. I put a quick wordpress site together describing the challenge in case anyone fancies taking it on. It's fairly tough with a combination of challenging couloir skiing and good fitness needed.

Be good to see if anyone else gives it a crack. I'd be impressed if anyone managed it on snowboards.
Although it's specific to Espace Killy, the idea of skiing a classic north-facing couloir from the top of every mountain that has one could be tried in almost any ski area.

That is one healthy itinerary which would take mere mortals a couple of days in lift-open time.
Well done for suggesting this.
After Pisteurs/Orientation, there's nothing from Solaise, just straight to Fornet - you could add in the North-facing Danaides and into Lavancher (world's widest couloir) after the Pisteurs/Orientation combo.

@Grinning Yes, I thought about adding the Lavancher and the couloir to the far skier's left on the north face of the Borsat, but I didn't really think they met the requirements. The idea was to do a classic north-facing couloir from (near enough) the top of every mountain that had one. Lavancher or Danaides aren't really from the top, and the Borsat one isn't really a classic.
I also thought it was probably tough enough and I didn't need to 
However, I'm tempted to try your variant this season. It's definitely possible if you can move fast. We actually skied home, stopping for a beer at the top of Toviere on the way back to Tignes - so if we can do that, there's time to add in those two I expect.

Anyone know if the Tignes glacier has been skied this season? Looks really tight coming through the crevasses.

East, North or South face?
It is a bit early for skiing on crevassed glaciers like the north face, maybe wait until spring. The east face has been skied a number of times since the start of the season - the main risk on this slope is ice and rocks near or on the surface.

I've skied it in late December before - but normally there's a lot more snow. I quite often ski this early in the season (where I wouldn't ski other north faces of this steepness) because being on a glacier I don't think you don't get the thermal gradient that is needed to generate layers of haw. Of course, this isn't much of a consideration this season!
