Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

British Aerials Team
This weekend sees British Aerials skier Lloyd Wallace tackle his first World Cup of the season on a 41 metre-tall scaffolding structure in the iconic Bird’s Nest stadium in Beijing. The action takes place on both Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th, with Lloyd looking to make his mark on the World Cup circuit.
Delancey British Alpine Team
In Alpine, Alex Tilley will race this Sunday in the World Cup Giant Slalom in Courchevel, France where she is looking to secure a World Cup finish. For the men, Dave Ryding, who clinched his best ever World Cup finish last week with 12th in the Val d’Isere Slalom, will now move over to Madonna di Campiglio to see if he can better his latest World Cup result on Tuesday 22nd December.
British Nordic Team
The British Nordic team is now in Toblach, Italy, for this weekend’s Cross Country World Cup. Saturday is the Sprint Freestyle qualifications and finals for both the men and women. Competing for Great Britain will be Andrew Young, who will try and follow his 9th place in last weekend’s World Cup in Davos, alongside teammate Andrew Musgrave. Annika Taylor will be competing for the women in the Sprint Freestyle. On Sunday, Annika will go onto race in the 10km Classic, and the two Andrews will race in the 15km Classic. Over in Hochfilzen, British Nordic Elite Squad athlete Callum Smith will be joined by Performance Squad athlete Fiona Hughes and other members of the Senior and Youth Squads for the OPA Continental Cup and Junior races.
British Ski Cross
Emily Sarsfield returned to competition this week in the Ski Cross Europa Cup in Val Thorens, France. After qualifying for finals today, she was first out of the start gate in her quarter-final, but unfortunately fell in the latter part of the course. She hopes to go on to race in tomorrow’s Europa Cup and again in Saturday’s FIS race where she will be joined by Isobel Brown, Matthew Ray and Sam Gerrett.
GB Park and Pipe
After impressive performances from the GB Park and Pipe team at the Dew Tour in Breckenridge, including breathtaking riding from James Woods and Katie Ormerod – who landed her first ever Cab 900 in competition – the GB Park and Pipe team will now concentrate on training in Colorado in the lead up to Christmas.
British Snowboard Cross
This weekend’s Snowboard Cross World Cup in Cortina d’Ampezzo has been cancelled and replaced with a Snowboard Parallel Slalom, meaning Zoe Gillings-Brier will get an extended Christmas holiday and longer to prepare for the next World Cup in Feldberg in January.
