ESF is quite cheap for off piste classes but with them it tends to be guiding at that level with very little instruction.

@carl, I'm going to agree with @Steve Angus and say tdc taught me everything I know about off piste skiing. I'd heartily recommend them.
I went to Tigne le Lac once to get my phone back. Someone stole it. I never did get it back, but via Find My iPhone I worked out it did more skiing than me that week!
